Board Members

Steve retired as a Colonel from the US Army after 30 years of service, which included aviation commands at the Tactical, Operational and Strategic levels. His military tours included command assignments at Ft Ord, Ft. Campbell, Ft. Rucker, Germany, Korea, and Iraq. He currently works at Teamalytics as the SVP of coaching and team solutions.

Michael is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He left the Army as a Captain after 9 years of service and multiple combat deployments, with assignments including the 82nd Airborne, 75th Ranger Regiment, and Princeton University’s ROTC program. Following his service in the Army Michael Co-Founded the Critical Response Group where he currently serves as the Chief Executive Office.

Ethan retired from Special Operations with eight combat deployments and hundreds of direct action raids across Iraq and Afghanistan as an Army Ranger, receiving the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star for Gallantry in Action. He also served at the Pentagon’s National Military Command Center and is a graduate of Georgetown University. Following his service Ethan Co-Founded the Critical Response Group where he currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.
